FOR CANCER CENTERS

Does Burna AI work for community oncology practices that run trials?

Yes. Community practices run trials with smaller research teams and less integration support than academic centers, so Burna AI starts without an IT project: coordinators paste, upload or record notes from day one, and a SMART on FHIR connection to Epic or Oracle Health is added when the practice is ready. The workflow is the same at any size: each adverse event graded to the CTCAE version the protocol names, attributed per drug with WHO-UMC and Kramer, coded to MedDRA and tied to its source line, then signed by the investigator, with the IRB, sponsor and FDA MedWatch reports drawn from the same record. The price is the same too: $10 per graded encounter for every customer. Where a sponsor deploys it, trial participants report between visits in Healthnotes, Burna AI's participant app.
