Can Burna AI use our own protocols, drug labels and guidelines when grading?

Yes. In Files, upload reference documents such as protocols, investigator's brochures, drug labels and institutional guidelines. Once they are indexed, the grading and chat agents retrieve from them as context specific to your organization, so a grading rationale can draw on your own documents alongside the CTCAE criteria. Reference documents are kept apart from the general file library and belong to your organization. This Documents area in Files is what earlier releases called the Knowledge Base. Uploading reference documents is optional: without them, grading runs against the CTCAE criteria, the protocol on the trial and the note itself.
