Where is Burna AI hosted, and where is patient data stored?

Burna AI runs on cloud infrastructure in the United States, in a US East region, and stores protected health information there in a dedicated data plane, separate from the systems that hold identity and billing. Databases are backed up for point-in-time recovery. Two deployment models are available: cloud deployment, the standard multi-tenant service with each organization's data scoped to it, and customer-isolated deployment, a single-tenant environment for organizations whose procurement requires one. Protocol Studio runs on cloud deployment, with customer-isolated deployment where procurement requires it.
