Nnenna John founded Burna AI and is its Founder and CEO. She spent nineteen years in platform engineering, six of them at Airbnb building infrastructure for more than 150 million users, and earlier worked at JP Morgan Chase, Roku and Expedia. She architected the grading workflow and the twelve-agent cascading constraint pipeline behind every suggested grade, and she is based in Atlanta. The leadership team includes Jonathan Gerber, MD, Chief Medical Officer, a hematologist-oncologist trained at Johns Hopkins and formerly Director of the UMass Cancer Center, and Paschal Ezeugwu, Lead Engineer and Co-Founder, who owns medical record integration across Epic, Oracle Health and regional systems.
