How is Burna AI different from Flatiron Health?

Flatiron Health, part of Roche since 2018, is known for oncology real-world data curated from electronic health records and used by researchers and life science companies. Burna AI works earlier, at the moment an adverse event is documented in a trial: it grades the event on CTCAE, codes it to MedDRA, scores attribution against each drug with WHO-UMC and Kramer, and attaches the line in the medical record behind each result, which an investigator then signs. The same record serves the site that produces it and the sponsor that relies on it, and the engine runs from first-in-human trials through postmarket surveillance. Flatiron's data describes treatment and outcomes in routine practice; Burna AI's record is the adverse event data a safety profile and a label are built on.
