What happens if a Burna AI grading run fails or the page reloads?
Completed work is kept. Each grading, attribution and drug-interaction run is stored against the visit, so a refresh, a back navigation or a second tab shows the finished results instead of starting the run again or overwriting what it produced. A run finishes and records its outcome on the server even if nobody is watching the screen. If a run genuinely stops, for example because a server restarted partway through, the encounter shows the failure and offers to run it again; a run counts as stopped only after a timeout set well beyond normal run times, so healthy work is not cut off. Nothing becomes a record until an investigator signs it.
