Burna AI performs adverse event grading and attribution in real time on a real-time architecture: a note is graded while the coordinator works the encounter, progress streams to the screen step by step, and the suggested grades, MedDRA codes and attribution scores arrive with the evidence behind each. Each run is stored against the visit and finishes on the server whether or not anyone is watching. Once an investigator signs, the record is the same one the sponsor's safety view reads for that sponsor's own trials, so cross-site consistency can be checked as events are recorded.
