The rest of the period is structured use on live work: graded visits timed against your manual baseline, blind grading on a sample to measure agreement between raters and with the AI, query volume for CRO and Phase 1 workflows, and attribution consistency for sponsors. The pilot closes with an outcome report on the measures agreed at the start, which is the evidence an enterprise decision rests on.
