An encounter is one clinical trial visit, planned or unplanned, and covers every adverse event found in that visit, extracted, graded, attributed and cited, with the reports included. An annual subscription includes a block of encounters at that rate, so every subscription dollar comes back as grading rather than sitting on top of usage; encounters beyond the block bill monthly at $10. Grading between visits is included, and signing again on a visit already graded carries no charge. Because encounters follow trial calendars, the cost is predictable before the year starts: planned visits across your active trials, times $10.
