What major features did Burna AI ship in 2025 and 2026?

Burna AI shipped an adverse event workflow that runs from the first read of a note to a signed record: CTCAE v5.0 and v6.0 grading with the source line attached, per-drug attribution with WHO-UMC and Kramer, MedDRA coding, blind grading and adjudication, EHR import and write-back, filing into Medidata Rave, FDA MedWatch, IRB and serious adverse event reports, and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures. It began in December 2025 with automated CTCAE grading, electronic signatures and an audit trail. In September 2026 two new surfaces opened: ctcae.ai, free CTCAE lookup and grading, and Protocol Studio at protocolstudio.ai. The changelog at burna.ai/changelog records each release.
