SHIPPED FEATURES

What grading and workflow features did Burna AI ship in 2025 and 2026?

Grading: every adverse event in a note is graded against the CTCAE version the protocol names, v5.0 (837 terms) or v6.0 (850 terms), and each grade carries the criterion and the line in the record that supports it; a grade with an incomplete citation set is flagged before it is signed. Attribution: each event is scored against every drug in the regimen with WHO-UMC and Kramer, with the reasoning shown, drawing on pre-built oncology regimen profiles. Review: blind grading by multiple raters, rater and adjudicator roles, disagreements routed to an adjudicator, and inter-rater agreement measured. Also shipped: comorbidity cross-referencing, copy-forward detection across visits, adverse event onset dates, bulk grading through an API, automatic grading of recorded encounters, and calibration training in which a coordinator grades a synthetic case and compares it with the engine, criterion by criterion.
