CTCAE GRADING

How many adverse events can Burna AI grade from one clinical note?

All of them, in one pass. The engine extracts every adverse event phrase in the note, expands abbreviations such as N/V into nausea and vomiting, sets aside negated mentions such as 'denies fever', and groups phrases that describe the same event. It then proposes a CTCAE grade, per-drug attribution and a MedDRA code for each event, every one with its own source sentence. The clinician reviews the whole encounter in one sitting and accepts, edits or overrides each event. An override keeps what the engine first proposed beside the clinician's decision, so the record shows both.
