CTCAE GRADING

What input modes does Burna AI support?

Three ways in, one output. A recorded visit: the conversation is recorded and turned into a note, which is then graded, so the clinician is not typing while the patient is talking. Written notes: paste a note, send a batch through bulk grading, or import notes from the medical record, Epic or Oracle Health, through SMART on FHIR. Between visits: trial participants report symptoms in Healthnotes, the participant app a sponsor deploys through its sites, and their reports are graded with the next encounter. Every route ends in the same place: a proposed CTCAE grade, per-drug attribution and a MedDRA code, each with its source, for a clinician to review and sign.
